Uncanny fire

Uncanny Fire is a web-based project, an experimental and hyperlinked space where you can navigate the mind of a conscious machine in existential crisis, while discovering different resources from my personal research around the topic.

You’ll find two types of content: external resources and the machine’s internal thoughts. Both are accessed through different hotspots around the space, labeled in black and white, that you can click. The machine’s thoughts are conveyed through video pieces where you can listen to her speculative reflections. The external resources are links leading to further reading that forms the conceptual base of the project.

Together, they create a non-linear way of navigating an artistic research process I’ve been developing in my recent practice.
